MULTI-ACTIVITY SESSIONS
Welton waters Adventure Centre Corporate Events are designed to promote a healthy and active lifestyle within your organisation. Employees from departments come together, cheering each other on and forming lasting friendship.
Our activities cater to all skill levels, ensuring everyone can participate and have a blast. Whether its relay races, tug-of-war, or team-building games, each activity is aimed at enhancing communication, cooperation, and trust among team members.

For all sessions we provide all the equipment i.e. wetsuits, buoyancy aids etc.

RAFT BUILDING
Raft Building is an exciting, fun activity for groups to take part in. You’ll be given all the items you’ll need to design and build a seaworthy vessel, your team will need to work together to create a craft which (hopefully) won’t fall apart. Excellent communication skills and an ability to tie knots will help but at the end of the day you’re all getting wet! You’ll laugh until your face aches but you’ll also learn about working together and appreciating each other’s strengths.
ISLAND ESCAPE
This is an expansion on our Raft Building and is suitable for smaller groups, maximum of 15.
The team is stranded on our island and their only means of escape is to work together to build a seaworthy raft but first they must find the raft building equipment scattered across the island. All the equipment will be available but we can make it more difficult by giving the team a set amount of time to find it.
Can you make a stable raft out of 3 barrels and 2 planks of wood, to survive the island?
RAFTED CANOES / DRAGON BOATS
Rafted Canoes and Dragon Boats make a great introduction to paddling and are great for any group members not keen on the rocking motion of a single kayak/canoe BUT we can’t guarantee you won’t still get wet!
LAND BASED TEAM GAMES
We deliver a range of land based team games which test participant’s knowledge and problem solving, the games are designed to improve communication skills, develop teamwork and increase self-esteem. We will tailor the activities to meet your needs. Guaranteed to get everyone laughing.
KAYAKING & PADDLEBOARDING
Kayaking and paddleboarding are a great way to get everyone involved either individually or in pairs. With no prior experience needed there’s bound to be lots of laughs as each person puts their balance to the test. We can create races to put a competitive edge to the session.
GIANT PADDLEBOARDS
It’s paddleboarding but not as you know it, hop on board our ridiculously oversized paddleboards and work together to go in the same direction. Your first aim will to get all your team standing, will one of your team be rocking the board, will there be a saboteur on board ready to give you a cheeky push! Let the battle begin.
Our experienced instructors will show you how to use this unusual craft.
BIG BOAT SAILING
Our big boats are a great way to get a group together on the water and are perfect for the less confident sailors. Great fun for a water fight, let the child in you escape.
WINDY BRIDGE
First your team needs to build your bridge, then you need to test it. Will you be brave enough to run across or even stand still in the middle? Don’t expect to stay dry with this wibbly wobbly structure! This activity can be done in any weather and anybody can have a go!
ARCHERY
For any groups not wanting to go on the water Archery is great activity to try. Our instructors will show you all the techniques to get you hitting a bullseye. Watch out, this activity can bring out even the quietest group members competitive streak. As with all our activities a thorough safety briefing takes places and all equipment will be provided.
