FUN FOR EVERYONE

We have an experienced team and instructors in various disciplines who are dedicated to ensuring everyone gets the most out of their visit. Our main aim is for you to enjoy your time here and have fun in a safe environment. Whether you are looking to get involved in learning a new skill or just enjoying time on the water we have a variety of equipment to suit all ages and abilities.

KAYAKING & CANOEING

What’s the difference between a kayak and a canoe?

In simple terms if you choose a kayak you will generally be seated, legs outstretched and using a double bladed paddle, for a canoe you will sit on a bench and use a single bladed paddle. Whichever you choose, the important thing is to get on the water and enjoy yourself.

Get close to nature and enjoy the outdoors. Kayaking and Canoeing are suitable for all ages and is great for building confidence. Getting out onto the water, you will quickly develop basic skills and paddling techniques and find yourself getting down the lagoon in no time! WWAC provides the perfect environment for an introduction to kayaking & canoeing without a current to contend with. Our very sheltered waters combined with our vast array of equipment to suit every size and confidence level of paddler.

We have single, double and family kayaks & canoes on offer. Our wide open topped sit-in kayaks and sit-on-top kayaks provide a safe learning environment where you won’t feel confined within the boat.
