Experience the ultimate relaxation with our sauna pods, available from Tuesday to Sunday, 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM. These innovative wellness spaces offer a serene escape, allowing you to unwind and rejuvenate body and mind.

- 09:00 AM – 10:00 AM

OUTSIDE SAUNA RULES FOR CUSTOMERS
1. Health & Safety
- Do not use the sauna if you have heart conditions, high blood pressure, or are pregnant without consulting a doctor.
- Avoid alcohol or drugs before and during sauna use.
- Children under 16 must be supervised by an adult.
2. Time Limits
- Maximum recommended session: 15–20 minutes.
- Take breaks and cool down between sessions.
3. Hydration
- Drink plenty of water before and after using the sauna.
- Do not bring glass bottles inside the sauna.
4. Clothing & Towels
- Swimwear or light clothing only.
- Always sit on a towel to maintain hygiene.
5. Behaviour
- No loud music or disruptive behaviour.
- Respect other users’ privacy and comfort.
6. Temperature Control
- Do not adjust the heater or pour excessive water on the stones.
- Report any issues to staff immediately.
7. After Use
- Shower before and after sauna sessions.
- Leave the sauna clean and tidy.
